We’re Neil and Leighton and we’re delighted to welcome you to All Well & Good.

Together, we’ve worked in the world of wellness for over 30 years, for some of the biggest names in the business. During that time, we’ve seen a lot of products promising to help people feel good, but not nearly enough brands doing good along the way.

The idea for All Well & Good had been quietly growing for years. We wanted to create something honest, something that reflected how we actually live and what we believe: that you can’t truly feel well and look good without doing good too.

We chose the name All Well & Good as we felt it perfectly captures that tension between self-care and care for others - a balance that we all seek to find. And, our commitment is simple: to donate a meaningful share of our profits to charities and causes close to our heart and home.

Every product we make is about ritual. Those small, grounding moments that turn an ordinary space into a sanctuary. Lighting a candle, pausing for a moment, taking a deep breath. We’ve poured everything we’ve learned about wellness and scent into creating something that helps you feel good, while doing good too.

We couldn’t finish this little intro without an honourable mention for Bertie, our beloved Miniature Schnauzer and daily dose of wellbeing. He’s a tonic, really. He makes us laugh, keeps us moving, and reminds us to find joy in the simple things.
